Shredder Pezzolato S 7000

S 7000 is the small/medium sized Pezzolato Shredder. It is ideal for contractors carrying out, for example, maintenance work in parks and gardens, for working in small composting plants, or in small municipal ecological areas.
The machine is equipped with a rotor with four sets of articulated hammers (64), with or without a WIDIA coating, and a counter-hammer system that adjusts the size of the shredded material.
The material to be shredded is fed manually or by mechanical means into the large, open-sided hopper. This hopper is equipped with a closed-chain conveyor belt, hooks on the bottom and a hydraulic dosing roller, which presses and regulates the passage of the product towards the action of the hammers.

The electronic ‘NO STRESS’ device regulates the feeding according to the available power, preventing the motor from overloading and the machine from obstructions.
The independent hydraulic system, through the pump and the motors, starts the feeding chain in the hopper, the dosing roller and the evacuation belt, which consists of a rubber discharge belt that takes the shredded material to a height of over 2 meters.
The S 7000 is available with three types of drive: the PTO of the tractor, an autonomous (diesel) engine or an electric motor.
The S 7000 Shredder can be stationary, tracked, roll-off, mounted on a trailer for moving at low speed, or on a trailer approved for towing at 80 km/h.
