PRT 2500

Compost turner PRT 2500

The PRT 2500 turner is ideal for small composting plants and is used to move and aerate decomposing material evenly and accelerate fermentation times. The machine is driven by the tractor PTO at 540 rpm and can process heaps up to 2500 mm wide and 1400 mm high.
The machine can be hydraulically towed and tipped for transport and is equipped with a hydraulically height-adjustable drawbar, a special cardan shaft, a lighting system, a lateral stabilising wheel and a counterweight.
The overall dimensions of the machine in transport position are 1970 x 4100 x 3600 mm. The total weight is approximately 1600 kg.
A 3000 mm working width version is also available.
