Realization
Research and development, design, and production are carried out entirely in-house by specialized in-house personnel. Our technicians supervise every single phase of the realization of the machines and equipments, until their delivery. When necessary, commissioning, testing, and training of the customer’s personnel is also included.
Components
The hydraulic, electrical, and electronic components assembled on Pezzolato systems come exclusively from leading European manufacturers. This choice guarantees the reliability of all components.
Service
The technical assistance is guaranteed in a short time and is carried out by in-house personnel. Increasingly advanced technological solutions make it possible to connect ‘remotely’ to machines and systems, monitoring their operation and carrying out preventive diagnostics, intervening promptly to avoid or minimize downtime.
Pezzolato specialized technicians are always available for direct intervention or to provide support to local authorized workshops.
Spare parts
Thanks to its extremely large warehouse, Pezzolato can dispatch and deliver spare parts directly to the customer’s premises worldwide within 24/48 hours. Pezzolato foreign sites and some major dealers are equipped with auxiliary warehouses, in order to respond even more quickly to eventual emergencies.
