Shredder Pezzolato MF 10000

The MF 10000 shredder is the biggest and most powerful model in the Pezzolato Compost Line. Compared to the ‘S’ series machines, the rotor has a reinforced frame, and is equipped with 14 fixed, STELLITE-tipped hammers covering the entire width of the drum.
This makes it possible to shred very hard material (e.g. knobby roots, logs, ...) or fibrous material (e.g. palm leaves and logs) and to obtain a very refined and calibrated product, suitable for composting.
The very large hopper and high production capacity make it an ideal machine for operating in municipal ecological areas, for contractors and professional composters.
The biomass is loaded by mechanical means into the large hopper equipped with a closed-chain conveyor belt, hooks on the bottom and a toothed roller, which presses and regulates the passage of the product towards the action of the hammers. Instead of the toothed dosing roller, a floating inclined belt can be installed for this machine, designed to facilitate the introduction of extremely bulky material.

The electronic ‘NO STRESS’ device regulates the feeding according to the available power, preventing the motor from overloading and the machine from obstructions.
MF 10000 is available with three types of drive: the PTO of the tractor, an autonomous (diesel) engine or an electric motor.
